Keynote Speaker - Dr. Darja Kraght

Dr. Darja is passionate about helping individuals and organisations to develop more effective and inclusive leadership. Her unique strengths as a leadership development professional are an excellent understanding of research evidence and the ability to translate these insights into specific and effective practices.

She has designed and facilitated dozens of leadership development workshops and programs for professionals, MBAs, and executives in Australia and Europe. Her research expertise is highly sought after, and she regularly conducts industry-funded investigations.

Lauren Purcell - Communications & Partnerships Coordinator, Carbon Positive Australia As the Communications & Partnerships Coordinator for Carbon Positive Australia, Lauren understands the power that employees have to play in their workplace and how through workplace giving, employees can unite to make for greater change than can be done alone. Having worked with a number of corporations on corporate philanthropy and workplace giving initiatives through her role at Carbon Positive Australia, she believes in the power of combining both creativity and collaboration to create change. Sarah Gun - Founder, GOGO Events As the founder of GOGO Events, a BCorp 'Best for the World' event management Social Enterprise employing women and non-binary people with the complex barriers to employment, Sarah has created life re-affirming paid work for 100 people on their journey toward employment. Sarah is a Westpac Foundation Social Change Fellow and recipient of the Australia Day Women's Award and is a sought after contributor to social impact strategy, social procurement engagement and opportunity, social investment strategy and impact measurement and evaluation. Facilitator - Louise-Marlena Tarrier, CEO, Carbon Positive Australia

Louise creates change by empowering individuals and organisations to minimise environmental impact and create a sustainable, regenerative future. An FCCA accountant with a Masters's in Creativity and Innovation, she worked to fund over 10 million tropical trees with UK Charity TreeSisters and is creating a lasting legacy for Australia by encouraging businesses to invest in restoring degraded land. She believes that our personal values, when combined with a strong business strategy, can have a huge social and environmental impact. About Carbon Positive Australia
